Project Manager (Telecom)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Ensure Alarm Clearing activities meet SLA commitments and operational standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Plan, control, and track material usage and inventory for Telecom projects.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
• Review SSV, PAT, FAT documents and verify site readiness before execution.
• Generate project progress reports and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Support site access, permitting, and arrange installation/maintenance schedules.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MBB / FTI / PM/CM roles.
• Good understanding of 4G/5G site implementation, Transmission, and Power systems.
• Strong communication, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel upcountry based on project requirements.
