Site Supervisor (Telecom)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and on-site testing of MBB equipment (BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB).
• Oversee DC Power Systems including Rectifiers, Batteries, and grounding installations.
• Ensure field operations follow PM/CM guidelines, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Perform technical tests such as VSWR, Fiber Loss, and Power Measurement.
• Lead on-site Alarm Clearing and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Prepare daily site reports and ensure documentation (SSV, PAT) is complete for handover.
• Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at each site.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate closely with PM and engineering teams.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Telecom Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MBB or Telecom field operations.
• Strong knowledge of DC Power Systems, Fiber Optic, Transmission.
• Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel nationwide.
