System Analyst (IT) MRT ศรีกรีฑา

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design system workflows, business process flows, and system architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders (users, developers, QA) to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Create and maintain system documentation such as Business Process Flow, Use Case, and Prototype
• Support development team during implementation and testing phases
• Identify system improvements and propose solutions to enhance performance and usability

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Analyst (SA)
• Strong understanding of Software Analysis & Design
• Knowledge of Database such as MS SQL, MySQL
• Experience in creating Business Process Flow, System Flow, and Prototype
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
