หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Translate strategic goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Validate solutions against business goals and ensure value realization
• Own full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for high-impact initiatives
• Define and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Develop integrated project plans and manage interdependencies across teams
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues
• Manage change control and ensure alignment with governance frameworks
• Drive delivery accountability across internal teams and external vendors

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for professional communication
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream projects successfully
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
