Senior Business Analyst / System Analyst (BA/SA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Proficient in SQL, including writing queries, troubleshooting data issues, and analyzing Store Procedures.
• Ability to investigate and validate large volumes of data
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and system integration concepts
• Able to work closely with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in both Business Analysis (BA) and System Analysis (SA)
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical system design
• Experience with ERP HR systems, particularly Time Attendance and Payroll modules
