IT Support (English Required)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide onsite IT support for end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM system.
• Support infrastructure and network operations, including server room monitoring and Level 1 administration.
• Administer Active Directory, asset inventory, and IT-related documentation.
• Prepare IT support reports and coordinate with global support teams to ensure SLA compliance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Administrator roles
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral devices
• Familiar with ITSM/Ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, server, backup, and infrastructure support.
• Experience in asset management and IT inventory control is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with global support teams.
• Able to work onsite and provide support during business hours.
• Good command of English is preferred.
