IT Infrastructure Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux Servers, Storage, Networks, Virtualization, and Cloud Services.
• Perform server patching, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support database administration and maintenance, including backup, recovery, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, access rights, vulnerability management, patch management, logging, and security monitoring.
• Support ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS requirements, including security audits, risk assessment, compliance, and audit evidence.
• Manage backup systems and support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity activities, including RTO/RPO.
• Deploy new infrastructure solutions, improve system performance, support capacity planning, and participate in IT infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, monitor SLA performance, and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Administration, IT Operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server Administration.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Good knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching, and Firewall.
• Experience in Database Administration or Database Support, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent
• Good understanding of IT Security, Access Control, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, and Security Monitoring.
• Experience or knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 / ISMS is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Backup, Disaster Recovery, RTO/RPO, and Business Continuity.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, or Microsoft SCOM is an advantage.
• Basic scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under defined SLAs.
