หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• *Supervise and coordinate the unit's day-to-day user support activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user problems and concerns with respect to core computer hardware and software.
• *Supervise and coordinate the implementation of projects and work requests involving installation, repair, and upgrade of IT hardware and/or software, as approved by management.
• *Coordinate, and monitor data security for the unit; create and maintain backups, logs, and journals, and coordinates data recovery as needed.
• *Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. *Supervise and manage IT Officers for maintain and implement DMS and AD server, performance evaluating, training, work allocation and problem resolution.
• *Monitors and manages database backups, logs, and journals; installs, maintains, and upgrades database software; restores and/or recovers data as required. Skill Required:
• *Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
• *Knowledge of the operational and technical support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
• *Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
• *Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7.
• *Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
• *Knowledge of WEB Server application.
• *Ability to set up and implement Microsoft Active Directory, File Service Management.
• *Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.
• **Ability to set up, monitor and trouble- shooting LAN and WAN network devices.
