หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Take online and phone orders  Communicate smoothly and professionally with customers  Provide customers with product and service information  Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved  Maintain the call center database by entering, updating and refreshing customer and condo information.  Coordinating with the kitchen and rider team to ensure that orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently  Complete necessary reports  Recommend process improvements  Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Age: 22 – 35  Nationality: Thai  Good English communication and Service-Minded skills.  Fresh graduates are welcome!  Experience in call center / customer service at least 1 year  Experience in food industry is preferable but not a must.  This is an on-site call center position, and there is no telemarketing or outbound phone calls involved with this position.
