Strategic Planner (Performance Ads Specialist)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Analyze key advertising metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify high-converting ad approaches.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure maximum profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Track customer behavior and adjust strategies based on market trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to the target audience.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, platform algorithms, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1-3 years of experience in strategizing and managing performance ads on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including Sales Funnels and Customer Journey Mapping.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopee/Lazada Ads Dashboard, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce Performance Marketing, with the ability to optimize campaigns for higher Conversion Rates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt ad strategies based on performance data.
• Experience with Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or CRM is a plus.
• A team player who is eager to learn and adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.
