Responsibility - Verified Invoices and prepare payment of Trade - Contact with Vendor for payment and Solve Solution - Maintain AP Document for Closing month-end - Summary Report AP Trade by weekly, including AP aging by weekly - Reconcile AP Accounting and Closing AP Account month-end - WHT Certificate PND 3, 53 Report by Monthly for sent to The Revenue Department - Summary Report Input VAT by Monthly for Sent to The Revenue Department - Create New Vendor Data and edit vendor data in system - Other Jobs by manager assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance - Experience in AP Module at least 1 year - Good communication Skills - Able to use SAP B1 will be an advantage
