เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR Accountant)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities - Monitor daily AR transactions as related to the general ledger to ensure validity and accuracy. - Prepare month-end/quarter-end journal entries related to the AR accounting area. - Collect money from the Customer. - Aging AR Report by Weekly. - Reconcile AR Account for Closing Month-end. - Summary Sale Report by Monthly. - Summary Output Tax Report for sent to the Revenue Department. - Contact with Customer for issue invoice and Solve Solution. - Handle other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned by Accounting Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Major. - Experience in AR Module More than 1 or 2 years. - Good communication Skills. - Able to solve urgent problems. - Able to use SAP B1. - Having experience working in an eCommerce company is a plus.
