Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in affiliate & KOL influencer marketing, or related roles within the entertainment or digital/social media industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building/networking skills.
• Ability to perform prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating in-person and via phone on both transaction and high-value/exposure deals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for digital entertainment and a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Build and maintain relationships with prominent influencers.
• Seek potential influencers/KOL/Live streamer in the various channels such as Facebook, IG, Tiktok, etc.
• Research relevant industry experts, target audience and users to identify influencers which match with our brand.
• Analyze data to provide insights on recommendation and improvement on how we can strategically grow our targeted affiliate & influencer portfolio
• Stay tuned for emerging/existing trends, products, technologies, and influencers.
• Coach and incubate the newly-joined influencers to ensure potential development and readiness
• Negotiate the hiring cost to fit the budget given and to make sure the hiring conditions are acceptable for both sides (company and influencers)
• Coordinate between influencers and relevant cross-functional teams to manage and execute campaigns, promotions and other marketing strategies.
• Execute influencer engagement campaigns by coordinating with influencers on their scope of work, requirements, timeline, and deliverables
• Oversee and facilitate the shipment and tracking of product delivery between brands and influencers
