1. Legal advice on market development, check all agreements of Joint venture and TOR documents, etc. 2. Analysis of market development legal risks and legal advice 3. Legal consultation of Project: legal risk advice and measures analysis of the subcontractor ’s contract agreement during the project implementation process, main contract disputes and arbitration with the owner 4. Other legal consultations such as Human Resources, work Permit and visa etc.

Able to work under pressure and have problem solving skill. 7. Good command of English.
