Senior PHP Programmer

• Job Description We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. Responsibilities - Mentor and lead a team of junior developers. - Partner with Product Owner to align with objectives, priorities , tradeoffs and risk and manage the backlogs - Participate in design and architecture discussions and planning - Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges - The Sr. developer will lead developers. Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects. - The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team learn from existing projects. - Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members - Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 3+ years experience in software engineering teams development of web-based solutions, backend, and frontend. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Strong knowledge of the PHP web frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter. - Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP. - Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJS, Angular, or React. - A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development. - Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. - Experience with automated testing. (Nice to have) - Experience with container-based such as Kubernetes. (Nice to have) - Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline. (Nice to have) - Experience with Jira, Confluence. (Nice to have)
