หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Sourcing suppliers and maintaining good relationship with supplier 2. Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company 3. Obtaining quotes from different suppliers 4. Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers 5. Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation 6. Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns 7. Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes 8. Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing 9. Receive Order and/or Forecast from Customers, plan and process Order to Factory 10. Process shipping instructions, Invoices and Packing list 11. To review and check Import-Export documents 12. Monitoring the Order & Shipping status of Customer and Factory to be on schedule

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or female, age 20-35 years old. - Bachelor's degree in related fields. - Experience as a Buyer, Product Sourcer, Purchaser is preferred - Good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin or Chinese is advantage - Knowledge of Import & Export, Custom clearance. - OEM ordering or logistic experience - Logically understand and conduct repeated tasks - Experience in Automotive OEM or OEM relative background Working experience with freight forwarder will be advantage
