Marketing Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Develop marketing strategy for the company to be in line with company objectives 2. Assess potential strategic partners for company marketing and develop relationship with them 3. Manage online & offline marketing channels and explore new channel opportunity 4. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity 5. Create, manage and improve lead generation & brand awareness campaigns, measuring results 6. Create campaign workplan and manage execution team (content writer, photographer, video producer, graphic designer, etc.) 7. Develop and implement co-promotion with credit cards, financial partners, supplier and other partners to gain incremental sales, media, support and new members. 8. Constantly monitor competitor's promotions and upcoming trends 9. Other related assignments to support the brand

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business administration or related fields 2. Minimum 5 years in Marketing or retail environment 3. Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and deliverable 4. Mature with strong people leadership and negotiation skills 5. A clear and dynamic communication, able to present marketing programs to diverse audiences and negotiate agreements with our business partner 6. Pleasant and outgoing personality 7. Competitive, dynamic, active, fast learning and able to handle pressure 8. Good interpersonal skill and good English communication skill 9. Service mind and positive thinking
