Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Plan, develop and implement marketing strategy, business plans, forecast and marketing communication 2. Deeply understand customer insight for each brand and can perform market research 3. Be responsible for the implementation of marketing campaigns (including, but not limit to, brand campaigns, promotional campaigns, new product campaigns, new store openings) from ideation to final analysis and refinement 4. Develop and implement annual marketing budget 5. Manage product category mix 6. Lead cross-functional team to develop new product / menu / promotion and implement with marketing campaign for dine-in and delivery channels 7. On monthly basis, analyze internal sales data and market situation based on on-going competitor tracking 8. People development in managing team to build strong marketing plan as well as develop team capability 9. Maintain good working relationship and co-ordinate with Operation team, Purchasing and New Product Development team to ensure proper implementation of marketing plan in consistent with company’s objectives 10. Perform other duties as assigned by N+1

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Minimum Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field 2. Minimum 7 years with proven experience of Marketing in Chain Restaurant Marketing, Retail Marketing, FMCG or relevant industry 3. Strong business acumen with commercial sense 4. Proven experience in initiating marketing campaigns with media planning and ROI 5. Strong leadership and drive for result with experience as the team leader 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and functions 7. Energetic and passionate to grow restaurant business and initiate new idea 8. Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in both Thai and English 9. Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 10. Ability to work on documents with highly organized, punctual and demonstrate responsibility
