Chief of Sale Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervising and managing all SE staff and ensure that all team members provide quality customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and service levels and reduce delivery times provided by the Sales Engineering Department.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems and designing procedures and documents to encourage problem solving and customer satisfaction.
• Managing budgets and costs and ensure that they are kept at an optimum level.
• Managing stock and inventory of spare parts including service tools.
• Cooperating and negotiating with related Departments, suppliers, customers to ensure that costs, quality and service standards are met.
• Summarize and report progress/result of SE operations, problems, inquiries, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of working experience as service representative and have experience in planning working schedules, machine installation, inspection and repairs
• Conversational level in English. Japanese language ability will be advantage
• Service minded with sales personality, good negotiation and management skills
