- Coordinate with Sales team for processing of all sales orders, delivery order and shipping document to meet sales target. - Ensure all customer PO receiving and provide shipment to the customers in a timely manner. - Handler customer complaints including other problems. - Place order to supplier and follow up order with supplier for delivery arrangement. - Responsible for coordination with freight forwarder and shipping. - Primarily interfaces with customer, service delivery units. - Follow up payment with customer to make the payment within their payment term.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields. - 1-2 years related experience in logistics, Import-export, customs clearance. - FTA/BOI, Form D, Form E, Tariff code and Free Zone is advantage. - Good command of English and computer literacy.
