products manager Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, and roadmap development together with the Sales & Marketing as well as Product Realisation Team. • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing plans. • Create Product Strategy documents describing the business case, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI on all New Products. • Responsible to source, negotiating, and purchasing the product from both local and overseas vendors. • Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and specification required. • Review market and competitor benchmarks to ensure that products meet customer expectations. • Evaluate product quality and iron out the selling features with the respective department. • Planning and assisting with new product releases and events. • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders. • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required. • Provide training to sales/marketing on product knowledge/selling points/features. • Assisting with the development of business plans. • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders. • Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue. • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned requirements.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. • 5 years or above of professional experience in Product Development. • Age between 30 ~ 35, preferable male. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Chinese will be a plus). • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making. • Business acumen. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong networking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
