หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting. - Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with customer). - Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools. - Configuration maintain various network and security device (e.g. Cisco, Palo-auto, VPN, QOS Dynamic Routing). - Provide support/troubleshooting to resolve issue. - Dealing with escalated network support issue

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai Nationality - Male or Female - 30 - 40 years old -Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering - 5- 10 years of experience. - Able to work in shift - Good English communication. - Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business. - Hands-on experience with network operating systems including Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba clearpassa, Fortigate,SD-WAN and IOS - Understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF) - Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools(e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds network tools) - Hands-on experience with Cisco nexus switches 7900 ,Cisco Catalyst 3800, 3700, 2900, 6500 - Hand-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800/2504 Series Wireless Controllers and Aruba ClearPass - Hand-on experience with Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto , Fortinet , Juniper , Cisco , Sangfor and Mikrotik - Hand-on experience with F5/Fortigate - Having CCNA Certificate
