หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Testing and evaluating new releases of ERP Systems before adoption to use in a production environment.
-Perform the ERP System implementation, consultant, and support for the subsidiaries companies.
-Communicate and coordinate between the regional team and subsidiary team for ERP Project implementation.
-Design, develop, and maintain queries and reports used by ERP systems users as requested by subsidiaries.
-Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
-Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by each subsidiary.
-Thoroughly understand business practices, business operations, and procedures to support subsidiaries to design,develop, and improve the manual process to systematic operation.
-Work as a Systems Analyst and coordinate with the partners/vendors to help define user needs to develop data processing, additional programs, and solutions.
-Report the tasks/projects progression and issues to the management at a proper time.
-Regular attendance at work and scheduled meetings.
-Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Thai Nationality
-Male or Female
-Age between 27 – 40 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
-At least 5 years of experience in an ERP support or ERP implementation or relevant role, especially in SAP B1 or Infor Syteline.
-Knowledge of Relational Database and MSSQL Server.
-Ability to program and query by SQL Language such as MSSQL, MySQL, and PL/SQL is a plus.
-Ability to create a report using Crystal Report and related tools is a plus.
-Understanding and having experience in accounting will be an advantage.
-Able to use English communication for business level.
-Ability to communicate and cooperate between project teams to get the best project result.
-Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
-Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability.
-Punctual, proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, analytical mindset, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
-Able to travel and working up-country and abroad.
