-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-Experience in Human Resource and General affairs at least 5 - 15 years
-Able to handle performance appraisal system, basic employee training, employee relations and communication, general affairs and admin tasks
-Knowledgeable about income Tax, SSF (Super Saving Funds), PVF (Provident Fund), labor laws, HR regulations
-Knowledge about Labor Law
-Excellent to Speak, read and write English
-Able to speaking in Japanese( Advantage)
