หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -New sales to clients such as developers, trading companies, manufacturers, and industrial parks.
• -Acquiring the contract on the construction projects.
• -Obtaining construction bidding information.
• -Building trusting relationships with clients.
• -Coordinating with the company's manager, design and architectural departments for bidding projects .
• -Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.
• -Collecting information on the construction industry and clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai Nationality
• -Male/Female
• -35 to 50 years old
• -Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• -Have experience in the filed of general construction company or Industrial Park.
• -Have a good connection with land developer, manufacturing company, logistics company, Industrial Park and etc.
• -Good command in English
• -Have working experience in Japanese company (Advantage)
• -Not so many job hopping
