หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Make quotation and input data for new project
• - Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
• - Update quite regularly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
• - Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
• - Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
• - Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai Nationality
• - Age between 25-40 years old.
• - Male/Female
• -Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
• -Experience in automobile industry or trading company
• -Experience in Japanese Company
• -Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC at least 750)
• -Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking)
• -Able to operate Office skill (Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)
• -Person who has basic trade knowledge
• -Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
• -Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
• -Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team
