หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Account Receivable (AR) -AR aging report -Preparation of Invoice and Debit note - Preparation and follow up overdue payment
• 2.Sales Vat - Preparation of the output Vat report compare with General Ledger (GL) (in SAP)
• 3.Withholding Tax -Issue the withholding tax certificates that related with petty cash transactions
• 4. Petty cash custodian and petty cash voucher preparation
• 5.Share Point Project -Support the representative of Accounting and Finance for Share Point online to collect Accounting and Financial information from subsidiaries.
• 6. IHQ (International Headquarters) Support work
• 7.Others to be assigned depending on work load

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality
• - Female
• - Age 22 - 28 years old
• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
• - Welcome to new graduates.
• -Basic English communication,
• -Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
