หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Provide technical support and assistance to users including Performing other tasks upon requests.
• -Identify, analyze, research, and troubleshoot computer problems.
• -Set up and configure hardware and network systems.
• -Install/uninstall/update operating system and various software
• -Search for new know-how to develop and maintain the company’s computer system.
• -Assign jobs to other staff and Monitor jobs progressive in IT section to achieve section's KPI.
• -Follow other jobs which assigned by the Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai nationality.
• -Male/Female
• - Age 35–43 years old
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or any IT-related fields.
• - At least 4 years experience in IT function ( Must have at least 1 year at Supervisor/Management level)
• - Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017
• - Database concept & SQL command
• - Web Development (HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Web Development frameworks, CMS)
• -Computer literate and proficient in Computer Networking, MS Office, Helpdesk
• -English (Email & Conversational)
• -Communication, Teamwork, Learning, and Development
