Channel Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• New Sales Channels: Identify and explore new sales channels and distribution opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
• Sales Support: Provide training, sales tools, and support to channel partners to help them achieve sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for channel growth and improvement.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance and develop action plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on channel performance and development activities to management.
• Develop Channel Strategies: Create and implement strategies for developing and managing E-Commerce channels to achieve company targets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in channel development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platform
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in both Thai and English.
