• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Planning the overall project and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the users and all stakeholders • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum), in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields • Proven working experience in project management • Experience in project management for software development strongly preferred • Proven experience in software development roles e.g. Project Coordinator, Product owner, SA, BA • Excellent interpersonal skills able to coordinate with various parties efficiently • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility • Good understanding in project management methodologies both Waterfall and Agile • Good understanding of software development life cycle • Experience using project management related tools such as MS Project, Jira • Interested in new technology and IT system
