- Proceed to prepare documents for new employees and making employee cards - Coordinate with relevant internal and external agencies to prepare for new employees. - Conduct criminal background checks and AMLO (money laundering records). - Responsible for creating welcome messages for new employees via company channels. - Examine the medical expense reimbursement documents of employees. - Proceed to prepare documents for disbursement. - Coordinating, and supporting the preparation and/or presenting ideas for activities to strengthen engagement within the company. - Responsible for coordination Appoint new employees to join the company engagement plan. - Other tasks as assigned
