- Participate to develop and implement credit policy and related credit criteria for responsible products especially Secured and Unsecured Personal loan, Revolving Credit Line, Car for Cash. - Deep dive analysis and assist to develop and implement credit policy. - Plan and manage risk related change requests in the approval process, organize UAT and coordinate amongst the different stakeholders. - Monitor acquisition quality, trend of acquisition risk profile. - To investigate and analyze root cause of credit risk default and to recommend improving credit process - Assis to establish assigned loan portfolio Risk Appetite align with our framework to ensure portfolio are within acceptable risk level - Summarize key findings and report it to Team Head for further actions. - Ad-hoc assignments

• At least 5 years working experience • Knowledge in law and regulation in relation to Retail lending products • Knowledge in data analysis/ credit risk management • Analytical skill and logical thinking • Advanced computer skill especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing • Presentation and communication skill • Can work under pressure • Can do attitude and learning mindset • Ability to build good relationship with cross functional team to good team player • Multi-tasking with ability to handle multiple assignment
