2.1 Lead a team of financial executives and responsible for financial management and reporting of the SEA Region. 2.2 Responsible to oversight and leadership contact for audit, statutory & regulatory contacts in Thailand. 2.3 Responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to Business & leaders and provide development of the overall governance framework and structures to ensure standardization of best practice and process compliance. 2.4 Primary responsibility to ensure 100% Statutory Filing Compliance on-time, accurate, and most cost effective manner.

3.1 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relative field. 3.2 At least 8 years of relevant work experience with minimum 5 years as Finance Manager with managerial experience. 3.3 Experience with oversight of monthly close process, Chart of Accounts, account reconciliations, general ledger, inter-company accounting, local statutory reporting, and fixed assets. 3.4 Good business consciousness & strong analytical skills. 3.5 Good knowledge and experience with accounting standard, local business convention and law and regulations of tax, commerce, foreign exchange etc. . 3.6 Good communication skill, fluent both Thai, Chinese and English is a must, Chinese language is highly preferred 3.7 Experienced in manufacturing sector would have an added advantage. 3.8 Good experience in leading a team of 3 - 5 people.
