หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Responsible for the implementation of company policy and strategy in relation to Quality control and Technical services functions. •Responsible to achieve desired quality for all products produced in the plant as specified by customer, and as per the requirement of intended application. •QMS maintenance & effective implementation at all stages along with process audits •Execute new product development and support to customer, in coordination with team •Mentor and train the technical services people for improvements in their jobs in areas like technical knowledge, Customer complaint handling, customer complaint analysis, etc. •Supervise and assure that certified raw material are issued to process owners as per the job specification sheet •Work with the operations team on cost improvement through reduction in adhesives, inks, coating weights and looking at alternate materials adding value •Participate in discussions and provide technical inputs to product / structure / recommendation at development stage to colleagues in operations / materials •Investigate customer complaints reported and conduct root cause and corrective action to avoid recurrence •Following and improving systems on process checks throughout the supply chain in the factory to guarantee quality to the customer •Work with the MR during plant audits by the customers •Coordination and safe keeping of data, samples and documentation related to Quality function deployment •Knowledge in ISO, HACCP, BRC-IoP in Flexible packing manufacturing setup, Food safety. •Skills Required: •Knowledge on printing Technology rotogravure / Flexible and related downstream processes for manufacturing of packaging material, and in-depth knowledge and understanding of packaging testing. •Command on language and technical aspects to handle customers / vendors / external agencies. •Leadership skill to set quality standards time to time, lead and motivate team to achieve it.

• •Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Polymer Technology •Experience 10-12 Years in Flexible packaging industry •Management Skill
