หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The producer is responsible for planning of the budget and the schedule of animation production. They are typically in charge of managing every teams to make sure everyone is working to the best of their abilities while staying within time and budget constraints. Also, producer should have good negotiation skill to discuss with the clients about the budget and the schedule. However, the real skill of producer is the ability of balancing up stair demands and restraints. The producer at Igloo Studio will usually act as the main line of communication to keep the executives, who run a studio, happy with the high quality of works and the budget while discussing with our highly creative staff of animators and artists to ensure they are able to accomplish their assignments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 3 years of experience in animation production or CGI post production management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai, English and Chinese(Optional) languages • Strong sense of responsibility to work without supervision in a high-pressure environment • Attention in details to organize and plan schedule for animation production • Business acumen and negotiation skill • Good sense of problem-solving skill in creative ways • Must be able to prepare and control the production budget • Ability to keep motivating your team and yourself • Enjoy working with highly creative artists and staying up to date with animation trends • Communication in third language (such as Chinese, Japanese, French, etc.) is a plus • Willing to learn additional skills in advanced • Creative and Optimism thinking are a plus
