Production Supervisor (Operation Specialist)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To supervise and control production operations activities to achieve cost, quality and quantity targets and production schedules of the assigned production lines/areas; ensure compliance with Customer's standards. Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned production lines/areas. • Coordinating with Production Planning for the weekly production and distribution plan to Production Staff. • Maintain and improve line efficiency and quality standard. • Control the Autonomous Team or Production Team for maintain the machine condition by operating, cleaning and coordination with Maintenance -Department for machine preventive maintenance. • To plan, manage and control in shift production line with high efficient to ensure right output and quality. • Support company strategy such as World Class Management activity to ensure the effectiveness result. Mainly respond on Autonomouse Maintenance activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Science, Pharmacy or related field. • At least 3 year experienced in Production. • Proficiency in English and Computer literacy, SAP will be an advantage. • Positive attitude , can work under pressure. • Able to working on Company working shift. • Leadership skill and Team Player competency.
