หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ติดตั้งระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ได้แก่ ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด, สัญญาณกันขโมย, สัญญาณอัคคีภัย, ล็อคอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Installation) Responsible for installing security systems as requested by clients, including burglary alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and electronic locks.
วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไข ซ่อม และเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยให้แก่ลูกค้า (Troubleshooting) Analyze, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs or replacements of security system devices for clients.
บริการซ่อมระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Services) Available for on-call emergency maintenance services (06:01 P.M. to 08:59 A.M.).
ให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าตามวงรอบ (Maintenance Services) Responsible for performing maintenance and checks on security systems every 6 months to 1 year
เข้าตรวจเยี่ยมและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการจากลูกค้าภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ (Site Visiting & Feedback) Visit client sites to provide services and gather feedback on their satisfaction within your designated area of responsibility.
ทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละเคสในระบบลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (Implement Report) Daily reporting in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for progress monitoring.
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้แล้วเสร็จ (Related Assignment) And other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Nationalities: Vietnamese, Laos, Burmese (each country).
Requires basic knowledge of electrical device connections or circuit wiring.
Experience in security systems is advantageous, including burglary alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and electronic locks.
Requires basic IT knowledge or basic computer literacy.
Requires patience and a positive attitude.
Must be available for 24-hour on-call duty for emergency cases.
Must be able to drive both motorcycles and cars, and possess a valid driver's license for each.
Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
A clean criminal record is required.
Our company provides technical skills training for new employees at our Head Office in Thailand.
Requires a service-oriented mindset.
