Service Engineer (Robotics)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support robot installation, setup, commissioning, and system start-up.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose robots, controllers, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support for Yaskawa products at customer sites and via phone/email.
• Perform robot inspection, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance, and repair.
• Support emergency service and breakdown recovery at customer sites.
• Support robot programming, parameter setting, and system testing.
• Conduct robot demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance to customers.
• Support Overhaul, Renewal, and Inspection of robotics systems.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other related departments to provide effective technical support to customers.
• Provide 24-hour technical hotline support

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age between 22–30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of industrial robots, automation systems, or electrical/mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Able to work in shifts and provide 24-hour technical support
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated to learn.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and provide technical support when required.
• Have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
