• Strategic Planning and Leadership : Develop and implement business strategies , plans, and procedures. / Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth./ Lead the company in alignment with its mission, vision , and values. / Work closely with Brand OEM to achieve the set KPI
• Operational Management : Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing , Sales ,Finance, Technical , Customer Service and Logistic). / Ensure the company's operation are effective and meet the expectations of key stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial health , including budgeting , forecasting , and financial reporting. / Ensure company's profitability and financial stability.
• Market Expansion and Business Development : Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the business. / Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with Brand OEM , Dealers , suppliers , and other atakeholders.
• Supply Chain and Logistics Management : Oversee the supply chain management to ensure timely and efficient distribution. / Optimize logistics to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Customer Relations : Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs. / Develop strategies to increase customer base and enhance customer loyalty.
• Human Resources Management : Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team. / Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance and Rick Management : Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations , and ethical standards. / Identify and manage risky to the business. / Provide update on the and future regulatory complainces.
• Reporting and Communication : Report to the Board of Directors on the company's performance and strategic direction. / Communicate effectively with all stakeholders , including employees , customers , partners , and the public. / Direct communication with Brand OEM.

The CEO oversees all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient distribution , strong supplier relationships , market competitiveness , and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the automotive industry , distribution logistic , and business management.
