Production Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.To manage and control overall operations processes (Gamma Irradiation, EtO sterilizer ) 2.Supervises operations staffs to perform according with production plans to meet the shipment schedules 3.To control and manage a team to achieve the operations goals 4.Monitor and resolves day-to-day operations related issues 5.To summary operations report to analyze for improvements 6.Lead efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations areas 7.Train and develop a team to improve efficiency and productivity and ensure all operations processes are comply with ISO 13485 and customer requirements 8.To manage and control work environment to conform with occupational health and safety regulation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Science or any related field , at least 3 years of working experience in Supervisor level in the production field, Good knowledge in GMP and Quality system 2.ISO13485 or Sterilization is an advantage , Good attitude, Coaching/Training skills and can work under pressure,Strong in leadership, problem solving, analytical skill, and service mind 3.Good command in English and Microsoft Office tools
