หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Must be able to accurately troubleshoot hardware / network problems to ensure that plant operation working properly 2. Contact person regarding IT topics in manufacturing E.g. SAP system, MFG pro system, production system 3. Coordination and consulting and support on all IT topics. 4. Administration of Windows Server 2008/2012, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, etc. 5. Ensure data center facilities are running perfectly and ready for service such as Air conditioner, UPS, electric system, etc. to make sure that all servers can operate smoothly 6. Configuration & management of virtualized server environments 7. Providing high level technical support responding to client support request tickets, calls and emails, assigns ticket severity, updates service work notes, and prioritizes work to resolve complex support client issues 8. Complex problem solving and resolving infrastructure issues 9. Accurately documents for all system configurations and activities conducted in customer sites and on client networks 10. Establishes monitoring, maintenance, and system configurations necessary for new and existing servers, systems and clients 11. Completes scheduled system availabilities and audits logs providing reports to company project manager and/or customers periodically or as requested 12. Ensures proper backups are running for every server or servers stored a critical data which includes daily monitoring and checking, as well as testing of restoration has to be performed in a regular basis as customer policy with evidence logs. 13. Serves as an escalation point from Helpdesk Support Team members as necessary to help resolve priority tickets 14. Establishes a high level of personal credibility and builds strong professional working relationships with customer and team. 15. Collaborates and works with other company staffs and vendor support resources to resolve requests. 16. Participates in ongoing personal training and attainment of applicable technical certifications, if required 17. Prepares and presents service and monitoring reports to management regularly

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer or related fields. - Minimum 2 years in writing program using ASP.net, VB.net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server Database would be advantage - Knowledge of networking, infrastructure computer Hardware, Software, OS. - 2 -3 years working experience supporting in a manufacturing user. - Strong problem diagnostic and solving - Good interpersonal skills. - Good communication skill in Thai and English - Flexibility to adapt and adopt changes  Effective planning skills - Having teamwork attitude with positive thinking - Willing to work fast under pressure (time and budget)
