• Job Highlights • Global IT infrastructure environment • Travel to Global sites Worldwide • Annually Training Budget and learn with IT Global Job Description Description Working as a global resource a Technical Engineer IT is responsible to take care of all aspects of the technical IT infrastructure in the whole Duni Group to ensure business continuity, availability, and system performance. Main Responsibilities • Develop, improve, implement, maintain, and operate the technical IT infrastructure in the group • Proactively monitor the technical IT Infrastructure to ensure business continuity, availability and security • Provide consultancy / be contact person on IT related topics in projects of the line organization • Analyze and solve issues as 1st level support for local site and as 2nd level resource for Global IT Support • Contribute to the definition of standards, policies and rules Important interfaces • Close Cooperation with IT System Development, external partners, super users. Cooperation to all parts of the line organization. Competences Overall knowledge/capability/motivation: • Trustworthiness, ownership, teamwork, high technical affinity, communication skills. • English TOEIC 500+ / CEFRL level B2 / IELTS level 5 or better is an advantage. Role knowledge/capability/motivation: • In-depth knowledge about IT infrastructure systems Named, high skilled knowledge: • Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop/Server), M365, VMware vCenter, HPE/Aruba network equipment, KACE/Quest, ARM, Active Directory, Airwatch, Cloud telephony
