หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.Need to support approx. 500 user/staff w/ accounts. 2.Hardware troubleshoots e.g., PC, laptops, printers and resolve its problem. 3.Support computer machines in the production shopfloor. 4.Software troubleshoots and support. 5.Act as a coordinator and work liaise with the vendor to complete the assignment. 6.Maintain an efficient level of hardware and supply inventory. 7.Conduct computer training for the user as required. 8.Track, control, and record the IT assets, inventory, and consumables. 9.Submit and track tickets in our helpdesk system. 10.Perform any related works assigned by the IS Manager.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

1.Has a basic computer knowledge and how it works. 2.User and desktop support skills. 3.Microsoft Windows and O365. 4.Basic network and security concepts. 5.1-2 years’ work experience as an IT Support in Manufacturing environment (preferable). 6.Fresh Graduated is also welcome. 7.Basic level of English communication via email, chats, face to face. 8.Customer service & positive mindsets. 9.Eager to learn new technologies.
