หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Provide daily technical support to end users and ensure the smooth functioning of computers, network devices, Personal Digital Assistants, and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, and maintain and update technical support documentation
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of support requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security, and antivirus tools.
Deal with internet links and External Providers to correct problems in offices, warehouses, and hubs.
Perform asset management, and maintain inventory in the IT room.
Assignments of software and devices to users.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
Hands-on experience in Windows server administration.
Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, and LAN Technology.
Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.
The initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
