IT Helpdesk (อยุธยา วังน้อย)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide daily technical support to end users and ensure the smooth functioning of computers, network devices, Personal Digital Assistants, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, and maintain and update technical support documentation
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of support requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security, and antivirus tools.
• Deal with internet links and External Providers to correct problems in offices, warehouses, and hubs
• Perform asset management, and maintain inventory in the IT room.
• Assignments of software and devices to users.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
• Hands-on experience in Windows server administration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, and LAN Technology.
• Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.
• The initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
• Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
