หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities • To coordinate with Oversea Vendors and follow up for their shipment release time • To coordinate shipment arrangement with Global Logistics Team and Logistics Service Providers • To book new shipment via Courier service (FedEx & DHL) • To prepare and review all kinds of shipping document, import license or any requirements • To check HS Code, Import Duty rate and confirm Import Entry with Customs broker • To follow up freight forwarder to meet delivery commitment • To summarize cost of International Freight, Customs clearance and Import Duty charges • To control and report of delivery performance, cost and / or any requirements • To consolidate all document for order closing and submitted to Finance • Coordinate with Government Department concerning Customs, TISI, Excise Department & other related organization • To coordinate for repair and re-export shipment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Work Experience & Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business preferred • At least 2-4 years experience in Oversea shipment coordination and Import Customs Clearance preferably in the Healthcare industry • Must be familiar with FDA Import License of Healthcare or medical device products • Must have working knowledge of port operations, forwarding and custom clearance procedures • Minimum 3 years experienced in Import business, if deal with Medical Device would be as advantage • Has knowledge in Customs Clearance process/ Logistics system, Import & Export Handling Process • Good written, spoken English is required • Detail-oriented and able to review the requirement of import regulation
