Business Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Business Development Manager Responsibilities : • Marketing & Financial Research • Conduct market research and analysis/feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects. • Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for management investment deals. • Undertake the business analysis, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with company's business needs. • Prepare financial plans with appraisal study and cash flow calculations. • Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to managing director. • Conduct in-depth location assessment and individual target strategic and financial analysis • Write business proposals. • Develop and execute marketing/business plans. • Develop and recommend strategies for residential middle to high end projects and others if applicable. • Finding Partner & Finalize Agreement • Seek new business opportunities and create a proper agreement for our business. • Create new business development ideas with partners. • Research business opportunities and viable income streams. • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. • Develop growth strategies and plans. Qualifications : • Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 38-50 years old • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field. • Work experience in Property development, (including JV agreement preparation and implementation). • Land acquisition experience and negotiation with land owner or representative . • B.A. in Real Estate, Finance or related field. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Have experience in property development business focusing on real estate principle, market analysis, capital investment analysis for new property development/new project construction is preferred. • Leadership with people skills and problem-solving skills. • Positive mindset, and able to drive the team to achieve the company’s goals. • Strong networking and relationship building
