Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with Product Owner and business partners to discover customer's needs
• Lead inception session to define customer journey as a whole picture
• Work closely to key stakeholder and all business owners to align with business directions
• Translate Product Owner / Product Manager visions into meaningful Epics and Stories so that the squad team can incrementally deliver objectives
• Lead backlog grooming session to define release planning together with PO and PM
• Lead point estimation to define effort of each card and recommends story development priorities
• Be a partner of Product Owners to ensure that Release and Sprint backlogs are prioritized for the Squad Team to deliver sprint by sprint
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared stories to work on
• Collaborate with develop team in desk check session to ensure software quality before testing and implementing

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Background in banking and financial services is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project deliveries as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Strong team leadership and development skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
