หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business process and systems
• Identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solutions.
• Research and gather information to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Provide expertise and solutions to improve business processes

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2-3 YOE in role of Business Analyst either in Commercial Bank, Financial Institute in Thailand or overseas or non-bank business.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Economics, Financial or any Related
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in analyzing, designing, and creating either Business Requirement Specification or user case for Development team for application development.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in conducting in-depth analysis of customers’ Business process and Business requirements and able to transfer it into the form of Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification and User Story.
• Intermediate – business level of English communication
