หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect customer orders, arrange production schedules, and ensure on-time shipment while maintaining seamless supply chain operations.
• Address customer feedback on supply chain-related issues and provide effective resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain system-related reports to support the creation of management reports and ensure the plant operates efficiently with timely data support.
• Leverage resources to help the factory meet customer demands accurately, swiftly, and efficiently, contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Perform inventory control and analysis, optimizing stock levels to improve operational performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Good communication in English or Chinese
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, and experience with ERP（SAP) systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to resolve customer and internal challenges promptly.
